Floating disk has two parts and it's designed to create empty space so that the disc can float on the water. if you noticed water inside the disk, you can detach two parts of the disc and remove the water and close both parts firmly before next use.

We recommend changing the filter every 6 months or 200 bottle water usages. Please make sure you rinse carbon filter before first use.

Cleaning is super easy with Pawstralia dog travel water bottle, unscrew the bottle from top compartment and remove the filter. hand wash it with mild detergent and let it dry complete before your next use.

Pet hair remover brush works based on the back and forth stroke movement, for better result, instead of wearing the jacket put the jacket on flat surface and then use the brush to clean it.

Click the button on the handle to open the waste compartment and empty it in the bin. you can clean the brush with the water as well.

Absolutely, glove can be used in wet and dry condition. its flexible grip makes it easy to hold other things such as shampoo bottle or hose while wearing the glove.

its extremely easy to clean the glove after the use. you just need to peel off the fur from the glove bristles. 

You can fix the poop bag carrier on handle of your retractable leash.

Ideal place to tie the handsfree poopbag carrier is in the leash handle loop. Make sure you have tied the poop bag carrier with the central groves outside. central groves keeps the poop bag carrier tight and holds on to the leash.

Currently we only offer black colour.

We send email update once your order is dispatched from our Melbourne(Australia) warehouse along with the tracking ID. You can click on the tracking ID which will launch an Australia Post website with latest tracking details.

If any items you receive are faulty or damaged, please email support@pawstralia.com within 5 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, best contact details, details of the fault/damage and a photo of the fault/damage.

After receiving your email, we will provide you with a return postage label so you can return the item to us.

We try to ship the order within 24-48 hours hence its hard to accomodate the request however please reach out to us over email (support@pawstralia.com) and we will try our level best to accomodate the request(with additional charges, if not paid with the order). If the order you received was a gift and you need to return any items, the original value of the items will be credited on a gift voucher for you to use on a future order. Please contact us prior to returning the items, so a note can be made on your order. Otherwise, the items may be refunded to the original payment method.

Once your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days (dependant on your financial institution).

Unfortunately no, as the shipping cost was incurred for the first shipment you received. we will cover the product return shipping cost in case the product is faulty.
